Our story

MATOKA began with the wish to bring Georgian baking and hospitality to Prague. It started as a small kitchen project in Žižkov and gradually found its own places for people to gather over food.

Today, our focus remains khachapuri, other Georgian dishes and coffee. The story continues in each location, without shortcuts and without rewriting what matters in Georgian cooking.
